Q. Can I prepay my prescription online? A. We only accept payment at time of pickup/delivery. We do not currently accept online payments.
Q. How can I transfer prescriptions from another pharmacy? A. Call us with the pharmacy’s name, telephone number, and prescription number for the medication you want transferred and we will call to have it transferred for you.
Q. What if I forgot to pick up my prescription at the indicated time? A. We will hold your prescription for 10 days. After those 10 days, we will be happy to refill the prescription for you upon request.
Q. Can I pick up my mother’s prescription? What information do I need? A. You must show the proper identification and you must, according to HIPAA guidelines, be an authorized caregiver for the patient whose prescription you are picking up.
